Helping your body, mind and spirit achieve a natural harmony is the goal of Agnes Organic
Bonjour!
I am French and started my adult life by taking a psychology degree before studying beauty therapy. I think I got this the right way round! I firmly believe that the benefits of relaxing beauty treatments go so much further than just appearance - they have an uplifting effect on mental wellbeing as well, and the study of psychology turned out to be a great foundation for a career in beauty.
After qualifying I worked in a hospital offering beauty treatments to people with terminal illness. This was incredibly rewarding and I was moved to see the positive psychological effects my treatments had on people who were suffering so much. Providing a service to vulnerable people is something I care about a lot and we welcome anyone with health problems to my salon.
When I moved to London in 2012, I couldn't speak a word of English. Yes, I am an optimist and my English is still “interesting”! - But I soon confirmed that I'd found my new home and wanted to stay forever in England. I also knew I wanted to have my own salon and with like-minded friends, provide a one stop service to clients. So I underwent intensive training in 2013 to become a fully qualified sports masseuse; this fits so well with beauty and hair and – I hope – provides all the healing massage, beauty and hair treatments you can possibly need to be the best possible you.
I fulfilled my ambition of opening my own business - Agnes Organic London - in the Bridge to Health clinic in 2014 and built experience and many friendships before finally opening my own premises in 2018.
So here we are: welcome to my salon. I and my team of experienced colleagues and friends look forward to welcoming you and providing everything you need to be as lovely on the outside as you are within.
A bientôt !
Agnes
